4. Order Cancellation

• By Customer: Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

• By Shagun Luxe: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity (full refund will be processed in such cases).
